Am I eligible for benefits? How do I enroll?

All BOSS associates who have been employed are eligible for benefits starting on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. We offer several plans, including vision and dental. Our plan rates can be found at www..backofficenow.com/benefits. 

To enroll, go to www.gowellenroll.com. Click on “Create a new account,” enter the company code "BACK1," and get started. Remember to sign, review, and submit to complete your enrollment.
