How can I stop late notices from going to my client?

Late notices to clients can only be turned on or off by BOSS. It isn't a setting you can change in the app.

To ask for it, email BOSS Support with the client's name and the reason, or open the client, click Request change, and explain in the note. BOSS will review and let you know.
