# How do I check pay and invoice proof before payroll?

## Each timesheet has a PROOF card, and Hours, then Weekly proof, shows every timesheet for a week with a CSV download.

Proof lets you check hours, invoice amount and gross pay before payroll runs, so mistakes get caught early. It's available to users who can see pay or bill rates.

- **One week:** open the week in **Timesheets** and look at the **PROOF** card: hours submitted, invoice and gross pay.
- **All timesheets for a week:** click **Hours**, then the **Weekly proof** tab, pick a week, and click **Download CSV** if you want a copy.
- **Something wrong?** On the PROOF card, click **Report potential pay or bill issue to BOSS**, describe it, and click **Send to BOSS**.
