How do I reset my password?

1. Go to app.backofficenow.com.
2. Click Forgot your password? Reset it here.
3. Enter your email and click Send reset link.
4. Open the email "Reset your BOSS app password" and click Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password twice, click Set password, then log in.

Good to know

• The reset link works for 7 days.
• Your password needs at least 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. No spaces.
• The page always says the email was sent, even if the address isn't on file. If nothing arrives, check spam or contact BOSS Support.
• Partners can also change their password while logged in: Profile, then Security. That tab also lets you connect a Google account so you can use Sign in with Google.
