# How does your weekly billing cycle work?

## Our work week is Sunday to Saturday. Time is due Sunday night, payroll runs Wednesday, and distributions publish Friday.

Our work week runs Sunday through Saturday. Here is how each week moves:

- **Sunday, 11:59 PM local time:** associates submit their timesheets.
- **Monday:** clients approve the submitted timesheets. Late approvals put payroll at risk.
- **Wednesday, 12:00 noon Eastern:** hard payroll cutoff. Time must be submitted and approved by then. BOSS processes payroll on Wednesday.
- **Friday:** associates are paid for the prior week. BOSS also publishes your profit distributions, which may arrive as early as Monday depending on your bank.
- **Midweek:** invoices go out to your clients once their time is approved.

If a timesheet misses the Wednesday noon cutoff, the associate is paid with the following week's payroll. Reminder emails go out to associates and approvers during the week to help avoid this.
