The purpose of the I-9 form is to verify your identity and prove you are authorized to work in the United States. You will receive an email with a link to WorkBright, where you will complete both parts of the I-9 process. Part 1 is filling out the I-9 form and submitting your required documents. Then, you will wait for approval from a BOSS onboarding specialist. You will receive an email stating the approval and a link to Part 2. For Part 2, you will click the link and follow the WorkBright instructions on having an authorized representative verify your documents. It should only take 2-3 minutes.
