# What is instant pay and how does it work?

## Instant pay is a service BOSS offers to our partners. We process your profit distribution the same week as your client's invoice is sent out.

Instant pay is a service BOSS offers to our partners. Instead of paying you after your client has paid their invoice, we process your profit distribution the same week as your associates' timesheets are processed and the invoice is sent out. That way, there is no need to wait for your clients to pay for you to get paid. It’s that simple. Instant pay is processed each Friday for the previous work week.
