## With the Funded Plan, you are the EOR, and BOSS provides funding and back-office services.

BOSS Funded Plan services include: 

- Payroll funding
- Back-office services such as onboarding, online time capture, payroll processing, invoicing and collections
- Other services such as our support line, free marketing design and branding services, and free client credit checks
