What is the Self-Funded Plan?

BOSS Expanded Plan services include:

Being the Employer of Record including General Liability insurance, workers' comp insurance and paying the statutory payroll costs
- Workers' comp codes – over 22k codes, all states
- General Liability includes umbrella, EPLI -employment liability insurance, cyber, crime auto, etc.
Back-office services such as onboarding, online time capture, payroll processing, invoicing and collections
BOSS assumes all risk and costs for workers comp claims and unemployment claims
Other services such as our support line, free marketing design and branding services, free client credit check, and benefits offered to all W2 employees

The Self-Funded plan offers all the services of the Complete Plan, but you fund your own payroll.
