How do I determine my associate's work state?
The work state and BOSS rates are based on where the associate works, regardless of where the client is.
The work state, and the BOSS rates that go with it, are based on where the associate actually works, not where the client is located. For example, if the client is in California but the associate works in Florida, the Florida rate applies. If the associate works remotely, use their home state.
You set the worksite when you create the assignment (Assignments, then New assignment). To estimate your rate and profit on any placement, use the calculator in the app: Tools, then Calculator.
